Thirteen Reasons Why
This book was different from any that I have read in the past. I am not the type of person who would decide to read a book about a girl who is suicidal. But in this case, Hannah has already committed suicide. But before she killed herself, she recorded herself addressing the thirteen people who are to blame for her suicide. She sends the tapes to each of those thirteen people in order.
Clay is...

Author: I think I'm going to make this dress yellow, just because I think the dress should be yellow.
Teacher: The author chose to make her dress yellow because it represents the sun and innocence and her feelings and it pretty much just makes the book so intellectual and complex

The Forest of Hands and Teeth
As an advocate of a zombie apocalypse, that is what drew me to read this book. Mary lives in a village that survived the zombie invasion, but they are closed off from everybody else and the zombies still roam the forest. Hence, the name for the forest: The Forest of Hands and Teeth.
What I really liked was that throughout the book, Mary never stops to stand up and follow her dreams and she...
Love ♥ Fashion: The Hunger Games →
itsmeany:
Last night I went to The Hunger Games midnight premiere and I had a blast. Just messing around with the cousins and mom before the movie started. Running back and forth from the bathroom and concessions stand because we were so darn anxious for the movie to start.
And the movie: I am extremely…

The Notebook
This has got to be one of the most beautiful love stories I have ever read. I have seen the movie a couple of times and I love it. And I didn’t think I would love the book because I always thought that the movie was beautifully sad. The book is too, but it just gives you the complete feeling of how Noah and Allie love each other. Just thinking about wants to make me cry.
And it does not...

Lost In Time
This has got to be one of my least favorite books of the Blue Bloods series. You do discover new things crucial to the plot line, which I really liked. I also liked that as a reader, you get a glimpse of how Allegra fell in love with Schuyler’s father and their romance and what not.
That is where I stopped liking it. A lot of it has got to do with many of the characters are just getting...

Willow
This has been the first in which I read a book that involved a cutter. That was mostly drew me in to read the book because I could never understand how a person would be able to inflict to themselves. Other than that, I just did not really like the book. The plot line was extremely flat. But what makes me good was that Willow was at least on the road to recovery.
My rating is 2/5

Day 12/13- The Book That Is Most Like Your Life
I haven’t really found a book that completely resembles my life but I have found a character in which who I can really relate to at some level. With Auden, I can relate the fact that I barely go out and have very few friends. The only priority that I have so far is school, school, and school. Also, I am a very reserved person and it is kind of hard for me to open up. Just like Auden.

Twenty Boy Summer
This book was okay. I mean, the summary seemed pretty interesting enough that made me want to read it. However, I found it fairly flat. There is a sort of climax and everything, but I just found it okay. Really have nothing else to say.
My rating is
2/5

The Fault in Our Stars
I LOVED LOVED LOVED this book!! There are very few books that make me cry and this was one of them.
The Fault in Our Stars is that book that makes you appreciate your life that much more. Especially since I am not a teenager with cancer. It has made me appreciate how blessed I am to be healthy and still have so many more years to look forward to.
What I like is that throughout, it just keeps...

Looking For Alaska
I really don’t have much to say about this book. It isn’t that I didn’t enjoy it, which I did, but I’m rendered speechless. It is a good book to me and it really touched me because in some ways, I could relate with Miles. The whole I only have “school” friends. And I was also touched and shocked when Alaska died. But I just don’t really have much to...
